ok ladys need some in put. I have a water bed best mattress firm, stops in less than 3 seconds. reg bed and cough,. ok here's the problem water good for short naps . bed very short time . couch ok only if I stack my pillows up on the arms and lay in what I call a dog way . you know up on knees back and head almost level. sleep good this way . just make my legs numb and if I shift durning the night I put my back in a heck of a pain spot, there has got to be a way to get some rest with out all this????? never could sleep on back, ok if on heating pad. legs up ets . but not for long . so let me have it any one have any new ways ????
