I know that sleep issues are a common problem in Fibro patients. I'm just wondering, does anyone jerk, flip, and flop somewhat violently (for lack of a better word) in their sleep? I woke up yesterday morning with a big knot on the top of my cheekbone and a bit of a shiner, so apparently I whacked myself during the night. I have an appt. in June for a sleep study. I'm confused about how these things work, though. How do you go to sleep knowing people are watching you, and if they give you a sedative, do they really get a true reading??? Anyone had any experience with this?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
