I know Fibro can cause sleep problems. So here is my problem. I wake up about every hour and don't feel I get a deep sleep until being asleep about 9 hours. I sleep 12-14 hours a night. I just had a sleep study Thursday night but won't get the results for about a month. Do a lot of people with Fibro have problems with getting a deep sleep? Is that one reason why we are so tired during the day? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you all!
