I have fibro and was also diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. I faithfully use my cpap machine every night. I still feel tired. I still have periods of aches, pains, fatique, etc. When I had my sleep study they said I never went into rem. Is it all related? I have tried lyrica. It didn't work. Do I have any hope. Thanks, K
