I have been trying to find info on high amounts of Serotonin. I can find info on low and full blown Serotonin Syndrome, so the extremes. I take 2 meds daily that increase Serotonin levels and 2 others that are as needed. I want to talk to my newer Dr at my appt later this month about this. I brought it up once to my former Dr before and didnt get much of a response , I think because she was focusing on leaving her practice and not opening up new cans of worms with her patients.
I am wanting to at the very least dial back on the dosages of these meds and see if I feel differently (hopefully better). Does anyone know of articles from reputable sources that discusses high serotonin without it being full blown Serotonin Syndrome or personal experience? Also, as time goes on I have become more and more sensitive to meds, have weird reactions , and increased allergies to them.

I moved from the Midwest to the South 3 years ago -- I had lived in the Midwest my entire life....
