I see my Physical Therapist
my massage therapist
and my Chiropractor...these 3 have done way more for me then a Dr. has...they all have hands on Knowledge of Muscle/Bones/Joints...and all 3 of mine are researching this DIS-EASE...not just for me ...but 2 of them have Women in Their Lives that have been Diagnosed...and I am reaping the benefits...My Massage therapist recommended getting my vitamin D levels checked...was WAY LOW...how can THAT be when I am a sun worshipper ?...well I am just the same...and Vitamin B12...I take that as well cause was way low...I have been looking for years to find Something/Anything.. Someone?Anyone to Help Me PLZ !
these are the only 3 that have made any progress with me...and NO ILL Side effects !!...well, perhaps a bit more fatigue !...but have been assured that will lift as I get stronger !
Have Not had a headache since the Day after thanxgiveing...I no Longer feel this is a Fluke...it has been the PT that helped with that...Hope the pain management team helps you without the use of quite so many Meds !!
Blessings,
Star )O(
I see a pain management doctor and they ask me all the questions! My doctor is very conservative on pain meds and gives me tramadol and vicodin but doesn't want me to take vicodin daily. I also get urine tested and have to use one pharmacy and sign a drug contract. They are strict.
My doctor is very nice and good to me. She seems to have my best interest at heart.
Good Luck tomorrow, Hugs*
