I am wondering if their are any students out there that have any tips otther than a notetaker for accomadations at school for studying for tests?
I feel like I have to take so many breaks because my arms get tired of holding the books or writting or just being. And my sitting or standing positions gets tired and I start hurting more than i can take.
Is this what you guys go through? I know I am going to up my meds because I am still hurting a lot. Especially at night.
Let me know if you have found any special tools. I thought this morning I should invest in one of those lights that sit above the bed so i can just lay in bed and read?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I have the light above my bed, and that helps alot. I do most of my reading laying down in a comfortable position. Only problem with that is if it boring, then it turns into nap time...
I think one of the main things is to not procrastinate, and to take alot of breaks.
Wishing you success at your studies....with all the work and struggles I've been through the past few years, I don't regret it one bit.
Blessings,
Jan
I also drew a lot of rough pictures to help study, it was quicker than writing all the time and a useless tip for you - stick the notes to the back of the toilet door so you can study every time you go!! It works a treat! You are welcome to message me if you would like anymore studying advice. I made it through, and so can you!
Another when we had a paper and was in a major fog, I told him and he offered an extension, but I got it done in time so he said he would be understanding.
