My ruemy called me yesterday to give me the results of my Vitamin D test. Well as we both suspected it was low. it was a 10 and he said that 30 is the lowest it should be. he told me to take 5000mg of vitamin d for six weeks and then have my blood drawn again. he said he has had patients have aches and pains because of low D and that it has helped their pain. Has anyone had low d and then increased it? has this helped your pain? how much "d" do you take? he said to take over the counter at first if that did not work then he would write a script for some. i know that this would be a miracle if that is all i need to get rid of this massive pain...but it seems too simple.
