I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
New bed was better but not as comfy as the first one. It won't go back as they don't make the first one anymore and this one is tolerable. It's more firm than the first one.
Stress is a 12. The guy selling the big property we want is wishy washy (and cunning) and is stalling out on accepting our offer (we came up 35,000 to get it!). I've had enough of his BS and going to look elsewhere.
Hubby and I wanted to build a 8 room senior care home, homemade, organic meals, park-like courtyard, 20ft high living room/common area etc. Now, we'll try and get a cheap house, be almost mortgage free and get my hot tub. One meant quitting our jobs and staying home and the other means both keep working outside the home.
My pain is a 6 basicly it is my legs bothering me the most..
hope everyone is wonderful today.. love you all..
Yes, the weather here is damp and chilly, too. I had a good week last week, painwise, very close to zero most days. PL is at a 4 today, but I think its from working full-time the last 4 days! I work this afternoon, but only 3 hours, so that will go by fast.
I started a new supplement 2 weeks ago, with lots of Vitamin B-12, B-6, Vitamin D, and Folic acid. Its called Nature Made Rx Essentials, formulated specially for use with Anti-D's. It has been making me feel more energy and I actually mopped my own floors on Friday! I usually have Shawn do that, because of the pain it causes. I'm feeling pretty good, even though the weather is nasty. I'll take the PL4, as thats as high as it gets anymore. Very tolerable!
I hope everyone has a good day, with Little to no pain!
Hugs to all, and prayers for all in need!

A bit cold and cloudy here today and we may get frost tonight which means, I'll be out covering tender plants so they don't get injured.
PL almost nil at the moment, thinking about heading for the Hot Tub for a few just to loosen up a bit.
Heading to an appointment with my Chiropractor at 3:00 which will help a lot. Since the dumb ass NP took away my Valuim, I'm not sleeping well and I'm having leg cramps again.
If she had wazoolies, I think I would kick her in them if I ever ran across her again, her with that better than thou attitude. grrrrrrrr!!
I hope everyone has a wonderful day. My prayers are with the VA folks, there was a lot of damage and I know what that's like. I grew up in Tornado Alley.
It's not a great day here, after weeks of beautiful weather it's snowing today, and I can feel every flake in my bones. :)
I'm at work today and PRAYING that it goes quickly so I can go home as I have the day off tomorrow. Lyrica seems not to be bugging me cognitively too much today, but the day is young and it might take awhile for it to kick in. :)
Lots of warm hugs to everyone, I hope you all are having a good day. :)

Trish..want me to send you some Arizona sunshine? I would if I could.
I have CMT on the TV and listening to country music. I swept and mopped the livingroom floor. I wanted to do the diningroom and livingroom...but I need to learn to pace myself, so here I sit :)
Have a beautiful, blessed day!
((gentle hugs))
