Hi loves! I have an appointment with a new Rheumy on Thursday. I was referred to him by a lady who has FM. It seems that he really believes in FM and he treats it with Remicade or Enbrel. Has anyone had any luck with this? Im kind of scared because it has to be administered by IV and they scare you to death about infections on the TV. Also, for those of you in the medical profession, I was told I needed a "script" from my pcp when I come in to see this Dr. but my pcp won't give me one because he didn't refer me. I have a PPO and I am supposed to be able to see anyone I want! What the heck is this all about?
