Want to know how many people would be interested in a relaxing, informative Fibromyalgia retreat weekend. I am planning one and want to get as much imput from everyone as possible and get rough of idea of how many people would attend. I know you need more info to decide whether to go or not. Lets just say it the time and place and cost were good would you like to go? Let me know. Also wnt suggestion on where to hold it and any guest speaker we might have.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
If my good fairy were to drop from the ceiling right now and said I could go and have the money, I would vote for a warm place, not too big but not too small, lots of elevators so I don't have to climb stairs and a staff that would understand our issues and pledge to be kind and understanding.
Does this help at all?
Maybe Florida, Arizona or even La Vegas (in the fall or early spring).
It sounds like a great idea..I really couldnt afford to spend money on travel now...
