Hey all. I'm completely wiped out today. This always seems to happen to me on rainy days. I'm luckily not in too much pain--but the exhaustion is killing me. I'm so grateful my 4 and a half month old son slept for 2 hours today. Usually I use this time to get things done around the house. But today I crawled onto my couch with a pillow and a blanket and practically passed out myself for two hours. I woke up just before the baby did, but I feel like going back to bed already and he's only been up for about two hours. Right now we are both resting quietly in bed. Hoping he might drift of for a little bit. Gosh am I tired.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I notice that if it's windy during the night, I have sleep problems. Same if the fog moves in or it rains.
I wish it was summer with a nice high pressure system over us and temperatures around 85 so I could sit in the sun!!
