After getting the diagnosis and having a BAD reaction to the Nortryptiline that was prescribed, I finally tried going to a chiropractor that also does acupuncture (willing to try anything). Neither really worked, BUT the chiro suggested an herbal suppliment called Protrauma, which is supposed to help with inflammation and body trauma. Within a week of taking it, my pain was way less! Not sure if it will work for everyone, but a little relief is better than none.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
