Yes I have fibro but also degenerative Disk disease. The DDD board is kind of a downer compared to here. One poster on there said if you need to have a fusion requiring a bone graft and you smoke you should not even try it because the graft won't take. The way she said it I got the impression she was very anti-smoking anyway. Yes I know it isn't good for me and probably won't help the situation but I was disappointed when I read her post. I have been struggling with arm, chest, and shoulder painfor over two years and I was hoping surgery would help but now I'm not sure if it is a good idea now. Can any of you all help?
