Literally. I have a pain in the tooshie! As well as on the backs of my thighs. It's hard to stand up or sit down. It's driving me nuts! The only thing I can think of is that I did some stretching on Sat night & it's just now catching up to me. Anyone ever try putting muscle rub in those areas? If so, did it hurt more than help? I'm afraid to since I might hit some sensitive skin.
