I FINALLY got an appt with my pain dr. but now I'm nervous because since my rhem. has done little or nothing to help, I started smoking marijuana (3x/week give or take). I do this in the evening in order to sleep because I am in wicked pain. I am in school full-time and not to mention full-time mama ;) and I have to sleep. Thankfully, the mj is allowing me to sleep - but am told I will have random drug testing once I start seeing pain. dr. I am quitting the MJ as of TODAY as I would much rather get medication to help me vs smoking to get sleep. My question is - should I tell my pain dr that I have been smoking? Or should I not say anything? I am guessing they aren't going to test me right off the bat. Thank you for taking the time to offer advice. :)

I am running late, I do apologize! Tardiness is not usually a problem, unless cats are involved, but frankly, I slept. So hard that the phone didn't wake me, either. (And now I owe $75 to my dentist and had to reschedule the cleaning, which was set to begin, oh, half an hour before I typed the word Tardy! above... Ooops.)***I made an interesting discovery. I cannot, on purpose, "slip a stitch"...
