My pain management doc ordered an oxsymetry (sp?) test where my finger was attached to a little machine recording my oxygen level and heart rate. Without any info from my doc regarding results the company who delivered the test equipment left a message saying my doc said to deliver oxygen so i could use it. Does anybody use oxygen while sleeping and if so what kind of contraption do you use? Phone calls to doc or this company can be made Friday but in the meantime i'm a little nervous about what kind of a lifestyle change this may entail. All i know is the test was ordered to check how my meds were affecting my respiration rate during sleep, but not what the solution would be if there was a problem. Feeling sheepish about being nervous but there it is.... Anyone an oxygen imbiber?

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
