I have a favorite coffee mug, thats mine, I do not share, it is fairly large with a big handle. it is mainly blue and has a window scene on it with an apple and a vase of yellow daffidil flowers, it is quite colorful. I also have a big blue roasting pan that My mom bought me for Christmas about seven years ago. She bought all of her daughters a blue roasting pan. I have a crock pot I got two Christmas ago, that has a football lid, and a football field on the sides.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I have a kitchen utensil that is the only one I've ever seen like it, sort of a shallow ladle, with a little fence- type thing on one side with holes in it for straining. It's stainless steel, I've had it almost 40 years, and use it constantly. Another favorite is my mortar and pestle collection which I use for grinding herbs. I also have 8 unusual rolling pins that I use for different types of doughs, and a large stainless steel cookie sheet that was given to me by my aunt from her kitchen 38 years ago, and is the best one I've ever used.
