There was a time in my life that I was scared to go out of the house. I was fired from a job I loved, and it was hard on me ... to say the least. I would go to the store for bread or some little thing, and by the time I got there, I had a panic attach (or something...) and couldn't get myself to go in the store. This happened to me so often, at that time!
What is this from, any one have any ideas???

hope you know what I'm talking about...it's foggy here. haha

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I get them sometimes and it can be scary. I always carry a Lorazepam in my purse for that reason. When I feel it coming on I chew it and within 5 minutes the panic attack passes. I'm not sure of the cause of yours but mine is part of my PTSD.
