Interesting but now what? Since it is my daughter who is suffering from fibromyalia and not myself I am at a loss. Please respond so I know what I should do and or listen to from the doctors. Took Kara to the children\'s hospital yesterday for an evaluation. This doctor is a child pain specialist at a very credited children\'s hospital. He told me that yes, she does have pain. However, her brain is causing her to have it. He said that there is slight swelling and major tenderness but since she has been ill now for 10 months her brain has taken over, though she is unaware of this. To make a long story short, he said it is all in her head. He said most doctors do not believe in fibro. Said she will need aggressive physical therapy, a shrink, and to be put on anti-deppresants. He said that when she does have a \"flare up\" to ignore it because eventually the pain will go away. That this is an attention getter. Now please, tell me how a 9 yr. old will not eat for days, and lay there wanting to play but physically unable to. Please help me...

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
