Following ovarian cyst removal surgery (x2) I woke up in severe pain all over my body. Like many, after months- about 4 of doctors visits I was finally diagnosed with Fibro. I hurt everyday- I do not know if this is a constant flare or if this will be my life. I am nervous to think that life could continue to be like this. I am 25 years old, finished my graduate degree in Human Resources last year, and due to my exhaustion and pain, have had to resign from my job. I guess my question is, when first diagnosed with Fibro, are your symptoms more severe? Does the flare calm down with time? I feel like I have the flu everyday, I just wonder if anyone has gotten better, or atleast seen some progress with their diagnosis. I hate to think I will not be able to return to work, as I am only 25 and have worked so hard for my degree. I am new to the fibro dx, so any information would be awesome. I am just about to give up hope. I try to be positive, but as you most know, at times this is hard.
