Hello everyone! I've had fibro since 1996 after I got Lyme disease from a tick bite. Lyme was treated successfully, but now I have this. My mother had it as does my sister. Getting good sleep is my biggest issue, but I've noticed that since I've started walking again, I can handle the broken sleep a little better. I was very, very lucky to be diagnosed early in the game by an astute family physician -- my mother suffered for over 20 years and was called everything from crazy to a hypochondriac. I hope I can get to know some of you and join in the support.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
