please advise - I’m new to DS. I’ve had fibromyalgia for years , along with RA. Thought I’d experienced it all by now! Lately though I’m experiencing a new, chronic and debilitating pain on the inside of both of my knees. I know there are trigger points there, but keep asking myself “ can my fibromyalgia REALLY be causing this debilitating pain ??? “. It’s so tender , it feels like the inside - side of both knees ( hope I’m explaining that well) are just so tender and painful even to touch. Even if my knees touch each other it’s painful. I’ve been putting ice packs on them when I can, it seems to help a bit but doesn’t ever go away. I’m having a hard time getting comfortable to sleep, can’t straighten my legs , can’t bend completely. Feel like I’m going to lose my mind. Taking all my meds , my tumeric. Anyone else experience this? Thank you so much
Good morning! I slept again. Twice in a row. Must be a Christmas present:-)That said, it was 2 AM before I slept... But hey! Six-plus hours is always great:-)***And on that note... Hubby's bloodwork wasn't ideal and this Friday we have the Big Talk with his hemo-onco --- almost a year since dx of the rare weird Waldenstrom's --- and then... Well, not to be too delicate, I gotta find out what I...
