Good Morning to all you you
I am 42,married, mother of two. I have been going to a rhuemy for a few months, I have RA, some signs of Lupus, some signs of MS and Fibro. I am always so tired, i can not stand it! I am on a ton of meds for the ra, not sure of the overlap for the Fibro, hope they can control the pain better. I always read the postings here and feel better knowing i am not crazy! Any recommedations for talking to the doctor? I would really like to move on with life. I can handle any diagnosis,
I have an appt with a nuerologist for next month to work on the MS portion. How much overlap is there for RA Lupus MS and Fibro?
Thanks!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Good luck.
Two big things with FM is the pain and the memory fog. It sounds like you are asking your doc all the right questions. A helpful thing you could do it get a binder and organize appts, calendar, doctor's forms, maps, contact numbers etc. I find this really helps keep me organized.
I hope u get things straightened out and have a good neuro apt.
Welcome to DS. i love this place and the fibro members here are so wonderful and helpful.
