I felt I share this with you guys because I was wondering if any of you had this problem too. I want to read what every-ones discussion is no matter if its advice or a recommendation or what ever. But I have a problem if I have to read more then 3 paragraphs. I find it hurts so much to read more than that. So when I saw one on a new Book she had got as a gift. I felt I ask if anyone else has this problem? I have been to an eye Doctor and he doesn't feel I have any serious problems as of yet but having fibro effects my eyes a lot. See my fibro { I hate to say that} attacks mostly my neck, face, mouth, eyes, and brain. So when I want or need to read something it hurts and then I have to go back and read again than it hurts more??? Even know writeing this to you is taking a while just to finish cause I want to be sure the letters and words are right.. LOL But it takes me a long time to read anything so I miss a lot of good stuff I am sure..

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
But this being a disease that has screwd up our nervous system, I think anything can happen as far as wierd pains.
But you do need to have this checked out by an ophthamologist. Maybe that is the kind of doc you already went to.
Good luck, Kiska.
Gentle hugs, sue
