This weekend I had two days were I was able to accomplish getting my house clean and go out with my husband.
Today is a disaster. I got up with my husband at 5:30a.m this morning, made the coffee. I felt dizzy and super super tired. I told my husband that I did not think I was so so tired. He told me to go back to bed, which I did. At 9:00a.m. I got up and have been dizzy and feel tingling going down both arms. I have this sympton before, it usually ears off after I take my meds. It is now 2:30 p.m and I still have the symptons. I feel it worse when I am typing this message. Does anyone else get this?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
everytime i go to my chiro I get that icky dizziness...but passes in a day...have also gotten it after working to long in my garden...and I spose working within the house can happen as well....as our muscles are so very tight and do not respond like they should,...If it does not pass by tomorrow I would go in for SURE...unless you have a headach with it...perhaps you should call ur dr. today
All the above... I feel the same way and it stays for days too.. Hate it so much..
