TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS HERE ON DS. I AM JUST LETTING YOU KNOW THAT MY UPCOMING SHOULDER SURGERY WILL BE AT 12:00 p.m. THIS COMING WEDNESDAY. MY CHECK-IN TIME WILL BE AT 10:30 a.m. ALSO, MY SURGEON HAS REQUESTED FOR ME TO HAVE A NERVE BLOCK - I WILL GET THAT IN THE HOLDING ROOM. I WILL PROBABLY BE IN SURGERY ABOUT AN HOUR AND HALF OR SO AND I WILL BE STAYING OVERNIGHT. MY P.T. (PHYSICAL THERAPY) WILL START ON FRIDAY - DEC. 7. @ 1:00 p.m. ALSO, I HAVE LET ONE OF THE LEADERS OF MY CHURCH KNOW ABOUT MY UPCOMING SURGERY, SINCE I WILL NOT BE IN CHURCH ON SUNDAY MORNING, SINCE I HAVE A PREVIOUS COMMITMENT.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
