Has anyone every taken muscle relaxants to help with the muscle tension? My muscles won't relax in my face and sometimes other parts of my body. My spine is out of place with my ribs and I keep getting it corrected but the tense muscles and stretched out ligament keep allowing to slip out of place. I try to consciously relax the muscles but it doesn't work very well. I have a constant headache, jaw pain, and chronic backache. I don't like taking Tylenol all the time for it b/c it just covers up the pain, I want to correct the problem. Any advice?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I do have Jaw pain from time to time...it is Trigeminal Neuralgia...if I stay away from chewy foods..{No More CARMELS !!...or Milk Duds !!?? }...then it usually stays back...but comes on anyway from time to time...this can also mimic a Migrain...as the severe pain is on one side of the head...usually hitting from right above the ear to right above the eye...I had been Misdiagnosed with Migrains and TMJ...I had neither one of those...you can get hit in One, 2 or all 3 spots at a time with TN...
I Sure hope you figure out What is causing your pain...and can find what you need to get rid of it !!
