I really think that I have a correlation in my pain symptoms when I have msg. I have suspected this for awhile now, and had an experience yesterday that convinced me. I added this ham bouillion (with msg in it of course), to my bean soup, and right after I added it, and had a half cup or so, I started to feel hot, and terrible and my pain was much worse too. From what I have read, this is going to be a real challenge to keep out of my system. Can anyone offer any help, advice, or info??? Thanks so much.
