Have any of you ever decided to stop taking morphine because of it's side effects, or any other reason, done it successfully, and how did you do it? I am in the process of cutting back by one pill a week, and I can't get in to see my pain Management MD til mid March. Part of the contract that I signed to be his patient is that I would never take more or less of the medication w/o a consultation. I only can go down one more pil before I'm below the lowest dosage recommended on the 'scrpt. I still have pain, yes, I just don't like the morphine. I don't want any advice about natural pain remedies, or anything, just any stories of the who, what, where, when, and why's, if you stopped morphine. I might just switch to something else, but please, if you have a story, tell it to me. I don't mind you writing to me privately either, so feel free. Thanks. -Tiffani

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
