Due to alot of pain sleeping, trying to get comfortable ect.
I am trying to do something about my mattress
I would like some input if possible.
I don't know weather to get memory foam, or just a foam mattress.
They have mattress toppers in different thickness
made of memory foam, as i can not affortd a real expensive one.
Then there are the foam ones like they use in trailers ect. but thicker.
Has anyone tried these and do they help take pressure off the trigger points
thank you yvonne

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Good luck. sleep is an important part of our lives with fibro.
I know they make a memory foam topper that would be great too. I'm worth every penny of mine! I know you'd be worth every penny of yours! :)
Then I bought a memory foam mattress. It did stop the many of my "hot" spots (esp in my hips) from hurting so bad.
I was very leary at first. But I've had mine for over two years and I can sure tell the difference when I sleep in a regular bed.
I also use a memory foam cervical style pillow and it has helped as well.
One thing worth noting: memory foam mattresses are heat conductors. So depending on your internal thermostat, you may or may not like the additional warmth provided by the foam.
Gentle Hugs
but it does kinda make you sweat more

I purchased the Sensus 4" Queen sized topper from bestbeds.biz for $250.
I would like to reiterate that this topper is truly since when you first lay down to bed. It just so soft, yet supportive. It's like a getting tempurpedic mattress on a budget!
Hope you find something that helps you.
