Of course, please consult your own professional medical person before making your own decision, but - I was pleasantly surprised to find that my rheumatologist has not the slightest hesitation about her patients getting a vaccine when it becomes available. Should I try to coordinate it in some way with my 4x per year Stelara shot? I asked, thinking that perhaps I'd have fewer issues with the...

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
I have not heard of it; but have you checked out their web site above?

I think it's wise that you turned down the morphine patch.. save that until you really need it (which I hope never comes to pass!)
Also...NEVER be afraid to talk to your pharmacist about any meds you are prescribed!! It's their job, right? ;)
Also keep in mind that propoxyphene is known for causing stomach irritation. It put me in the hospital twice before we realized it was the Darvon. Some people don't have problems with it, so just be aware and be careful. If you start having abdominal pain you might want to consider the Darvon.
Another thing to consider when taking long-term narcotics is it is best to ask for them without Tylenol so you don't risk liver issues. It is okay to take some Tylenol occassionally, but not okay to take it 3 or 4x day every day.
Another narcotic I never hear too much about from doctors or patients is called Talwin or pentazacine. It is a step up from Darvocet, but it is a good pain medication. It also has less abuse potential than some narcotics, therefore making some doctors more willing to prescribe it. It also does not have tylenol in it.
