Saw doc today. Told her about all my vitamins and d-ribose. Explained my energy problems. She didn't know anything about d-ribose and said she couldn't help me or advise me on its use because she wasn't familiar with it. And did I want to go to rheumy? (No.) Since all my labs looked OK, she couldn't see a reason for the muscle fatigue. But felt I don't have autoimmune or organ malfunction or inflammation. Everything except my LDL cholosterol was perfect. Well, you guys get it, right? There's nothing wrong with me. Same story from gastro. I left her my list of supplelments and told her I'd be looking for alternative methods for the cholesterol. So now I feel justified in getting my naturopath's help, which I will do on Wed.
