So I was wondering if anyone has tried some sort of massage therapy or physical therapy for their fibro pains? Does it help? I'm fed up with drugs because they mess with me more than help me it seems, so I've been trying to do more alternative stuff. I've tried acupuncture already (unsucessfully) and I currently do yoga and meditation. What about massage therapy though? or even chiropractic or physical therapy?
