I have always heard that magnesium supplements can help with pain.
I have tried taking magnesium several times and swear that everytime I do, I feel much worse the next day!! I have more pain and just feel terrible!
I have tried to rule out any other possible cause: I stopped taking all other vitamins/supplements and just took the magnesium alone. I was not eating anything different or doing anything different.
Has anyone else had this experience?
Has anyone had good results with magnesium?

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...

When you say you are worse, is that pain only or do you have other things going on? Maybe a lower dose magnesium with malic acid would be better?
I hope this helps.

Hi Carrie, there are no other ingredients in the Natural Calm other than what is listed on the bottle. It is allergen free. It is very unusual for it to make a person feel worse unless it is initially detoxing her.
Magnesium is a natural detoxifier and will cause a person to initially feel a little flu like especially if they have a lot of toxins in their body. I take it for fibromyalgia and insomnia and it has really helped me. It
helped my sister for migraines amazingly well and we get calls every day from people who are helped especially for muscle aches and pains. Thank you for your interest in our products Linda
Does anyone else know anything about magnesium being a detoxifier??
I'm sure I have tons of toxins in me...I wonder if that bit about feeling bad at first due to a detoxing effect could really be true???
