So here comes Winter...
what are your plans ?
I figure if I can get off 10 pounds a Month I should be lookin DAMN fine come spring and sunshine!!
I am down to 158 from 171...I am 5'3"...small frame...my max weight should be around 115...
I plan to start eating the way I should and not always the way I want to...with the occaisional treat....do my stretches and dance everyday..
give up {once again} my PEPSI...I love lemon water...but get to lazy to sqeeze the lemons...lol...I will walk 1 mile minumum everyday...stick to my PT...I will NO longer stress myself out about Quitting Smokeing....that only makes me smoke more...when I am ready my brain will let me know.
Anyone want to join me ??

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I will attempt it on my own...sniff

I am 5'6" and 150. But for me, I am very small framed that is too much for my knees, etc. to bear, so I need to lose ten or so. The doctor says I have too much weight for my joints, etc.
Anyway, I don't FEEL healthy at all right now. Not that expect to get "healthy" per se, but just to "FEEL" better about myself...like you said!
Thanks for the inspiration. I think we should report to each other on our progress (AND setbacks) every day!!!
