On my last Dr. appt. my Dr. told me to sit outside, for a few minutes each day. Even if its cloudy. She thinks I have light deprivation. Does anyone else have this too? If so a few minutes a day, may help you as well. I also have Orchids just above my PC, on a shelf, and have a grow light on them. She says the grow lights help in winter, for this as well. So after about 2 weeks I dont feel so gloomy. So maybe she was right.
