Left Arm Pain

My left arm, from the trigger point in my shoulder all the way to my thumb has been killing me for days. My fingers hurt, the skin is sensitive and I feel like I did some kind of heavy exercise with just that arm.
Do other people have pain that is specific? I have percocet for when it gets really bad but I hate taking it.

If it doesnt get better soon plse go to doctor, I get pain in my arms start in the armpit and go down to my hands. don't know what the answer is...

i have this in my left arm also.. alot of my knots and pain are in my shoulders..

I have left arm pain right now too. It's right in the middle of my upper arm. It's my waitress arm.. years ago I worked for years at an extremely busy restaraunt, and carried heavy platters with my left arm. I will be getting physical therapy for it. That always works miracles for me. Take care. I did start Lyrica a month ago, hope it isn't that. I don't think it is though.

I hope I didn't scare anyone. I know it's not heart related because I have had this before. It's just never persisted this long.

I do but not like you !!
mine starts AT the tip of my shoulder...kinda radiates around there..and if I try to raise my arm...the Pain shoots Down to my elbow...have had it in my other arm as well...but it comes and goes there...this one has stayed for months causeing hellish headaches...

    theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
