I started coming to DS about the end of July. Since day one I have had nothing but kindness, caring, and support from all of you.
I know we say it alot here but I honestly would be lost without you all. I dont know a single person who has fibro. I was truly alone in it until I came here.
Its sad and good that there are som many of you for me to support and be supported by. Maybe Im just being sentimental right now but I am so incredibly grateful for each an every one of you.
Im wishing you a pain free day and lots of love!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I echo those same thoughts. I was a member on another FM board, and made wonderful lifelong friends there. This board moves better, and is easier to navigate. I love it, and all the good folks here. Just wish we didn't all have to have Fibro. But FMS has helped me to realize life can go on, and it can be good, we just have to lean on each other during the bad times and the good!
I feel blessed to be a member here. Thank you, Dixie Rose for leading me here!
Love, Hugs and Prayers to all!
Laurie :)
We may never have talked, but I'll always be here if you need me.
I will pray for pain-free days for you as well. :)
Please stay in the community. We need all the great people we can get.
