I had a doctor appointment yesterday. I have been on 30mg of Restoril (sleeping pill) for 2-1/2 months now, and have been sleeping great. My doc wants me to keep taking the Restoril and said that with sleeping better that the pain will eventually go away. Has this happened for anyone else? I am still in a lot of pain all the time, and it dosn't seem to be getting better. She seems to think that I will start having less pain with sleep and enough exercise (I get plenty of exercise, but she just kept saying "make sure you get at least 30 min a day 3 days a week") It almost feels like she really isn't listening to me. I know I am just rambling on now (as we all tend to do) but I was just wondering if sleep and exercise has helped anyone else?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
