Does anybody else use a journal to write about the daily stresses that affect you from fibro. I know that there is the journal here at DS, but what about using a notebook or something. Do you think that maybe it could help relieve some of the tension that we carry. I have been considering it, I even brought a cheap journal today while I was out. I thought that this way I could keep track of the different symptoms and tender spots. Maybe it will help with the fibro fog as well. Just checking to see what tricks there may be to coping with the fibro monster. I am up for any and many suggestions. By the way do any of you get tongue tied more than usual.
