Does anybody else use a journal to write about the daily stresses that affect you from fibro. I know that there is the journal here at DS, but what about using a notebook or something. Do you think that maybe it could help relieve some of the tension that we carry. I have been considering it, I even brought a cheap journal today while I was out. I thought that this way I could keep track of the different symptoms and tender spots. Maybe it will help with the fibro fog as well. Just checking to see what tricks there may be to coping with the fibro monster. I am up for any and many suggestions. By the way do any of you get tongue tied more than usual.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
