I have been diagnosed with fms for around 5 years. Most of my problems involved muscle pain and spasms as well as depression and anxiety. Lately, I have alot of joint pain. Is this part of the problems others have experienced. It's really frustrating. No physical therapy has worked. I wake up everyday hoping that something will have improved, but it seems that the pain only spreads. :o(
