This is a bit of a rant as I just need to get things off of my chest. As time progresses it seems that my symptoms are getting worse and new ones are popping up all the time. Around the time I turned 27 recently, it's like a trigger went off that said 'she's gotten another year older, bring on the new pain and step up the old ones!' gah.. it's awful! Yesterday was my Husband's birthday and I was so fatigued and exhausted the whole day. I woke up like that! I would try to clean up the kitchen for a few minutes before I would have to take a break and then get back to it again and I still haven't finished my job! >_< I'm not as fatigued today thank goodness but now I'm having really bad left knee pain that came up while I was trying to dust. So now I'm having to take another break and will pick up the chore later on in the day, hopefully! My hands hurt just to type, my lower back aches all the time, my eye sight has been acting strangely, my arms hurt and oh my goodness does my ribcage ever hurt! It burns and it feels like its ripping and I'm not even moving! My lower left ribs literally dip into my side because of the shape of my spine which is similar to a backwards 'S'. Ugh I am so sick of feeling like I'm stuck in a 100 year old body! Heck I know of a few folks in their late 90's who don't have these kinds of physical issues or disabilities. I would just like one day, one day, without this pain. I would like to wake up feeling refreshed, anxiety free, pain free.. I just want to be free!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
