For about the past 2 weeks now.. I have more of a different sleep pattern for some reason.. before i would at least get 5 hours.. now.. im going to bed at 1:30 or 2am . and waking up by 3:30 or 4.. only like barely 2 hours. then i stay up for a while then lay back down around 6am and try to rest.. i am stressed bout a situation here concerning my spouse,its a repeated problem , and we have discussed it repeatedly. I think its my subconsioous mind wont rest due to this issue?? I know that it bothers me a great deal.. what do you guys think? its kinda his working (job) ethics. 52 hours in 2 weeks and he seems satified and we are sinking fast. I dont like chatting behind his back. but Im really frustrated. could this be my problem???? ty. any help.. :)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. My ENT sent me for more tests last week...one where they had me lie back in a chair, with blacked out goggles on so I couldn't see while they administered water into my ears one at a time ( first warm, then room-tempurature, then cold) while they video taped my eyes and asked me questions to determine how cognizant I was... This test went HORRIBLY. They were about 20 seconds or so into...
