I'm confused,my MD sent me to the pain clinic.I explained everything to the pc doctor,he did an exam,I said oww a few times, then he says well I'm going to call your doctor and tell him what I think so that he can work with you.WTF does that mean?My own MD needs permission from someone else to treat me now? After the exam the pc doctor acted like there was nothing he could do for me because there was no actual initial injury to my body,I'm in pain for no reason which I told him.I didn't walk out of there with a follow up appointment. Our pain clinics specialize in the whole steroid injection thing followed by a script of painkillers. So does this mean he'll recommend my MD to prescribe them to me as needed or that I should just suffer forever?
