I need some advice, I have pain everyday in my hips, legs, and buttocks. It seems like my pain has just gotten worse, what i mean by that is I have 3 flights of stairs in my house 34 from top to bottom. I have lived here for 3 years so u would think i would be use to climbing them because that is all i do all day long. Anyways i use to be able to take two stairs at a time now i climb 7 and my legs are in so much pain and do they ever burn, I cant even think about taken two stairs anymore. It is very depressing to me to be in pain all of the time, My gosh im only 37. I take Paxil and also Loratab, I'm so tired of taking medicine, i often wander what would it be like to be pain free one day just one day. If anyone knows what i can do to get relief please let me know, as long as i dont do anything im fine, but i cant live like that. I have taken hot baths, while im in there it is good also i do water excersing no pain there, iv'e done massage, steching and im fine but when im not doing that i hurt like heck. What can i do?I wanted to get on pain patches, I have read that people have gone for three days without any pain, must be nice, but the DOC SAYS NO WAY ONCE U START U WILL BE ON THEM FOR LIFE, So i dont know what else to do, this is really getting me down, because im such an active person it kills me to lay and do nothing, I really dont do that because it is not in my nature to be still so what happens? I SUFFER, but at least i got my work and stuff done lol. Well if anyone has advice how i can be pain free some how PLEASE let me know. I wish everyone a great day, Sherry
