I just recently contracted an upper respiratory infection to go along nicely with my FM and asthma. Last year when this happened I practically crawled home from work every day. I can't tell the difference between the pain in my rib cage and back and the discomfort from the URI. I am struggling to breathe and my rib cage feels like it is on fire!
I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what they did. I was thinking about trying a regimen of ibuprofen but the pain is so bad I don't know if this will help. I also just wanted to whine. I'm not gonna lie. I have felt alone for so long, I would love to have your opinions.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
