I don't know how to relax. Maybe if I did I wouldn't be in this situation. I was just diagnosed as "possibly FM" on Friday. Last week at work was so excruciating that I left early Thursday & Friday. The doctor wrote me out for 3 weeks until the Cymbalta can kick in but said I could work part time if my boss will let me. He said yes so I am working 4 hours a day (20 hours a week). My problem is I feel like a lazy bum coming home at 11:00 and doing nothing. I have worked continuously since I was 15 sometimes 2 - 3 jobs at a time except the 8 weeks after my daughter was born. Even then my daughter kept me plenty busy and after a couple of weeks I went back 10 hours a week to cover insurance premiums. I took my doctor ordered walk yesterday then watched 5 movies, laundry, worked from home, etc & I just feel like I didn't accomplish anything because there is still so much to be done. HELP!!! Any good yoga videos out there? I got one through netflix but cant get into it.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
