Is it as needed or are you on a schedule of some kind?
This might depend on what else you are dealing with in addition to FM.
Before I got the PSA diagnosis, I was "released" to an "as needed" basis. Now that I'm on MTX for PSA, I go in once a month for bloodwork.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
now i have a new dr and he aint helpfull at all right now
I know that this disease isnt curable so basically the only thing she can do for me is write the script ....
although I love her and she is one of my dearest friends seeing her will not fix my fibro...
