We all know that stress aggrivates our FM and everyone always says don't stress on things but how do you do that. For instance if you read my journal entry you will see a small portion of things I am stressing on. I just can't seem to get over it. Things like my sister dying and my son moving out just throw me into terrible flares but I can't let go. I try. I try meditation, to let my husband deal with things but this particular instance going on right now that just stresses me more. So how do other people let their problems go so not to make ourselves sicker.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
